Whether you are registering a new firm, updating firm details, or submitting required filings, please ensure you use the correct form and submit it in accordance with the relevant deadlines and guidance.

All forms must be completed in full and submitted to the LSSA following the instructions provided within each form.

Registration Forms

These forms are for entities registering with the LSSA as Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs):

RFB Registration Form

For firms conducting Relevant Financial Business (RFB) under the AMLRs
Non-RFB Registration Form

For law firms not currently engaging in RFB but registering as a DNFBP for supervisory purposes

Update and Notification Forms

Use these forms to notify the LSSA of any significant changes to your firm’s structure, operations, or contact details:

Change of Name Form

To update the firm’s business name
Change of Address Form

To update the firm’s registered or operational address
Change of AMLCO, MLRO and DMLRO Form

To report changes to key personnel responsible for AML Compliance
Material Change Form

To report material changes in ownership, control or nature of business activities

Other Regulatory Forms

These forms are used for ongoing compliance and regulatory submissions:

Annual AML Return Form

Required from all RFB firms to report on their annual AML compliance activities
Annual Non-RFB Declaration Form
For law firms that do not conduct RFB, confirming their ongoing non-RFB status
Data Consent Form
For forms previously registered with CARA and wish to transfer data to the LSSA
